Parcel 1 Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 vintage dark currant cassis berry fruit very intense very intense fruit jammy with smooth tannins. The most complete wine on its own

Parcel 2 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark cherry currant berry fruit maybe a bit more earth these are all different soil types velvety tannins

Parcel 3 Cabernet Sauvignon
A bit less fruit here currant berry fruit a bit brighter than the first two lots of mineral and a firm hand of acidity and a long finish

Parcel 4 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark cherry and currant berry fruit a touch of black pepper spice a good bit of dark spice and earth but also has wonderful richness. A very balanced wine


Parcel 5 Cabernet Sauvignon
A good amount of graphite mineral black current but lighter on the fruit very strong tannins on the finish the most tannic 100 year old vineyard with a don melvhor clone selection the original grapevines came from Bordeaux a century ago. A bit of an herbal note on the finish a bit thin in the middle

Parcel 6. Cabernet Sauvignona good amount of graphite mineral dense and rich with smooth velvety tannins


Parcel 7 Cabernet franc
A bit mitre floral black pepper spice fresh earth violet floral notes a good bit of tannins but has very good ripeness a nice tobacco spice.
