A bit less fruit here currant berry fruit a bit brighter than the first two lots of mineral and a firm hand of acidity and a long finish

Parcel 4 Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark cherry and currant berry fruit a touch of black pepper spice a good bit of dark spice and earth but also has wonderful richness. A very balanced wine


Parcel 5 Cabernet Sauvignon
A good amount of graphite mineral black current but lighter on the fruit very strong tannins on the finish the most tannic 100 year old vineyard with a don melvhor clone selection the original grapevines came from Bordeaux a century ago. A bit of an herbal note on the finish a bit thin in the middle
