Fieno e frutta secca, minerale, pietra focaia, una leggera vaniglia, burroso con un grande carattere, tanto da reggere egregiamente un buon cacciucco speziato a dovere. Melon and bitter green apple. Subtle minerality. Soft creamy mouthfeel. Ok this part is crazy. But there is a familiar medium rare filet mignon thing going on on the mid palate. I think of sea salt and cracked black pepper with that silky filet texture. Very odd but I love how unique this wine presents itself! — 9 years ago
