Can’t get this wine out of my mind. I’m not a wine snob by any means but I do think I have a refined palate in that I appreciate the classics but am not afraid to try new those funky, off the wall wines from smaller producers. This wine speaks to my soul. White wine that has a slightly sweet yet smoky flavor. Everything I want. I need another bottle pronto. — 3 days ago
Delicious and interstellar light red. Must have been popular as was Cookshop’s last bottle. — 7 months ago

Grassy, lemons, licorice, very front mouth, spices, mellow, asparagus, unique aftertaste, slightly smoky — 4 months ago
Bought @ Santiago wine club, with the Patagonian flag in background.
- a lively nose of ozone and all that goes with it
Bright, at first, with berry, mint, cherry stones, peach pit.
Light bodied, with good viscosity.
Clay and earth see this wine wrap up with an electrifying epitaph.

This is so good and a great value. I’d never heard of the Itata valley and tried this when it was in the NYT Wine School. So delicious and such a change of pace from what I’ve been drinking. Vivid red fruit, strawberry, candied cherry, some milk chocolate and spice on the nose, and a very mild vegetal note; on the palate there is a ton of fruit balanced with good acid, very light body, some pepper and a long finish of crushed red cherries. Reminds me of good Beaujolais. — 2 months ago
