Fabulous! Great meaty blend. Nice blackberry with coffee Tea berry and tobacco mid palette. Tannins are up front but not crazy. Great with fillet mignon. . — 4 years ago
There's really nothing as unique and ever changing as Mark Herolds wines. One of my all time favorite wine makers he blends like Houdini at his peak. Truly magical and it gets better as it goes own. So different and fun. Love it to death — 10 years ago
Buttery almond-crusted apples comes to mind. Mineralic and bright with clean acidity finishing with a complete Houdini disappearing act! It truly vanishes upon swallowing! — 6 years ago
2001...like Houdini walking a tight rope between oxy and fresh. It's a bi-polar bottle, y'all. Certainly not a 2002, or even a 2000, but always the greatest expression of MdT. — 9 years ago
