Les Garrigues Fitou Red Rhone Blend 2012
Last year I had tasted this Fitou but in the 2008 vintage and I was really disappointed about the quality.
I try again with the 2012 vintage and I am really suprised about this vintage !
A nice ruby red with violet shades.
The nose is really fruity, with nice forest fruits ans blackcurrant. Well balanced with woody fragrances.
In the mouth, the wine is open, gently. The tannins are silky and fine.
I have drink it with a nice cheese, Munster, from Elsass. Nice ! — 10 years ago

A bottle that I can only recommend. I will rebuy it with pleasure !
A nice gold colour,
A quite oxidised nose, some hints of hazelnuts, mineral, a typical Burgundy nose
The mouth is really nice ! A well balanced minerality, the wine is crispy but isn't too dry

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Red Bordeaux Blend 2007
Nicely garnet-colored, nice drop of wine on the glass.
Fine leather aroma in the nose, cherry and animals.
The cherry give to the wine the fresh and crispy aroma.
The mouth is fruity, cherry, oaked, nicely astringent.
To finish the wine has excellent lenght in the mouth.
A fine Saint-Emilion but it lacks a bit of body. — 10 years ago

After 15 years in the bottle this Porto is Garnet colored, quite amber.
