Dark red with aromas of berry fruits and peppery spice. On the palate ripe cherry and cranberry flavors with sharp peppercorn wrapped in nicely balanced tannins and acidity. Medium in length the wine ends screaming for food! — 8 years ago

Very nice, light fruit on the nose. Comes on strong with dark cherry and blueberry flavors. Almost syrupy. But at 15% alcohol, there’s a nice balance, and the finish turns oaky and warm, but not sweet. — 3 years ago
