Glup! Naranjo Moscato 2022

It’s an orange moscato from Chile, 60 year old vines, steep slope, dry farmed. Fermented and left on the skins for six months, then aged for four months off the skins in aged French oak barrels. Fun vinification but how does it taste? Light orange-yellow in color. Light muscat perfumed nose, clean, mild skin astringency with moderate muscat flavor. It is what the label says it is, an orange-style Moscatel. Drink up - glup, glup!

Garnacha 2021

Very drinkable Garnacha and elegant Spanish style classic. Love the perfumed nose typical of the varietal and paired perfectly with Spanish tapas/charcuterie. Smooth tannins and high alcohol at 14.5%. Drank surprisingly smooth for that level! 9.5/10 — a year ago

Glup País 2019

My thanksgiving main course wine. A nice variation from Beaujolais and just as bubble-pop festive in all the right ways. Vibrant, youthful, bubblegum yum with a hint of white pepper. Easily disguises as gamay! — 4 years ago
