Dark rubi robe, nose of spices, tobacco and black fruits with hints of dark cherries. In the mouth its rich but not exaggerated, medium bodied, elegant tanins, well balanced with great freshness. Uncorked it, splashed half the bottle into a blender -- breathe, breathe -- poured the slosh into a dainty glass, then stuffed it down with burger, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, followed by a German chocolate cupcake. Anyway, point is, I liked it. — 8 years ago
