2023/3/23 with pan fried cod, puréed potatoes with lait ribot and fines herbes, etc. This was definitely more advanced than the platonic ideal for its age, but I can enjoy these wines if they’re not too extreme - nuts, cream and all that — 3 years ago

Tons of citrus and saline as soon as I pulled the cork, some subtle funkiness. Definite texture and a lot of salt on the palate, mild citrus acidity. I like this more with each sip, and more than I ever would have thought I would! Cheers to 2026!! — 5 months ago
