Té Bheag Blended Scotch Whisky

Ughhh, how is this a blended scotch that’s under $40? Peat. A bit of caramel. Rock salt finish. — 5 years ago

Cemetery Vineyard Grenache 2018

Nice medium dark purple… amazing aroma of crushed strawberries, ripe blackberries, and a touch of savory rosemary. Medium weight, round, ripe, not jammy…nice hit of forest floor, crushed stone, and ‘shrooms. I’m not a huge Grenache-geek but this one works well primarily due to its restraint. I love everything I’ve tried from these guys. Nice to see Mendocino producing something remarkable apart from weed. — 2 years ago

Vin de France Cinsault 2018

Lovely. Drank at an outdoor movie, in a cemetery, on Friday the 13th, under a full moon. Great spooky fall vibes all around, including from the wine. Drank chilled. — 5 years ago

Rockpile Winery (Mauritson)

Cemetery Vineyard Zinfandel 2011

I don't always drink Cali Zin, but when I do it's Rockpile. Mineral component is amazing. Dark blackberry and cassis. Rich and aging well. — 6 years ago
