An excellent choice for sparkling wine on price-quality range. Beautiful rosé color of Garnacha in the glass. Aromas of red berries, like a bit dried strawberry and raspberry, almond, dried green. The extra dry version of Freixenet Cordon Negro Cava. Surprisingly crisp, fruit like in flavor with out sweetness, a very clean taste, with a citrus finish.
Loved it with cheese, red pepper hummus and toasted wheat crackers. I will definitely buy this again.
