The Old Deer and Fawn Winter Spiced Ale

The bottling is actually the Fuyu Persimmon. The color of the beer is absolutely beautiful a golden orange. The beer is full of flavor and smooth as can be. I wish I had another bottle. — 3 years ago

Sunnyside Vineyard Only Always Auxerrois Blend 2020

A “gemischter satz” style field blend of Pinot Auxerrois (46%), Riesling (38%), and Gewurtztraminer (16%). This Austrian/Alsatian inspired blend is aromatic and alpine in character with notes of flinty white peach and salty petrichor. Perhaps a little VA? A neat wine, if not a bit overpriced at $30. — 2 years ago

Do Nothing Red Blend 2020

Reminds me of a lot of carbonic wines I’ve had. It is lovely and wonderful. Flowers, light red fruits, some tannin. I would have guessed gamay, Pinot gris, and maybe zin. Shocked to see Pinot and chardonnay. Does it tell me anything about where it’s from? I’m not sure. I feel like this type of wine could be made anywhere and maybe that’s the point. Or maybe this is willamette pinot? — 3 years ago
