50 year old vines located 37 km under the Majella and Gran Sasso Mountains in Abuzzo.
On the nose, orange skins, grapefruit and white flower blossoms.
Zippy acidity with minerality, citrus zest, ginger, nettles and almond skins.
We cooked local fried oysters with panko (kaki furai) and this wine was fantastic.
