Rich, savory, subtly honeyed, and very nervy, with that peach/white flower/mineral character on the loooong finish. Could go longer, though I’m not sure it’s possible for anything to taste better than this. @Catherine Toner find this beauty and pay whatever they ask. — 6 years ago
