Lovely light, fruity a 9+ — 10 years ago
*This wine needs a full day to open up* A hint of Brett, more of a medium-heavy Cab Franc, with good tannin. The ripe fruit comes together after a day and the wine turns from disjointed acid to lovely and rich. — 10 years ago
Dark ruby in color with a dark red rim.
Gorgeous nose of blueberries, blackberries, figs, wood, licorice, earth, wild flowers and white pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry and smooth on the palate with blueberries, cherries, black currants, wood, earth and peppercorn.
Long finish with big, full tannins and black pepper.
This 90% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot, aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
What a smooth, elegant and enjoyable wine. Excellent quality with great looking legs. hoping to see how this tastes in 3 years from now.

Excellent kosher red wine! Full bodied, but not too spicy or harsh in the body. Well received by all those who tried it. — 11 years ago
Forgot to photo-quite a hearty & bright Malbec from Israel, like a VERY distant cousin removed to Argentina . Crunchy & medium bodied, bright red fruits with cranberry red color, excellent good company to Middle Eastern fare with the locals (&family) at Neni restaurant, in Amsterdam. — 4 years ago

Cab of Israel with lots of tannines — 10 years ago
Unmistakeable brett! Considering its age, I was pleasantly surprised that this Merlot still had legs to stand on. An enjoyable wine! — 10 years ago
Besr kosher Malbec around! Let it breath an hour. Buy this! — 11 years ago
Surprising, reminiscent of a light port or sherry with strong raisin overtones, but slightly less sweet. Almost unsure how to rate it given its unique flavor. — 11 years ago
Deep inky in color with a short purple rim.
Very fruity on the nose with blackberries, sweet plums, raisins, dried figs, tobacco, spices, cola, vanilla bean, cedar, licorice, chocolates, mocha, coffee and peppercorn. Smells like its from Napa Valley.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, raisins, dried figs, cooked cherries, cedar, leather, earth, vanilla, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, mocha, coke, peppercorn and light earth.
Long finish with round tannins and spices.
This is a nice surprise. This is a great Petit Sirah from Israel. Big, bold and extracted. Rich and tasty. Tastes very much like a Napa wine.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 3 hours of airtime, when the tannins show up and bring more structure.
Still young and overwhelming, although I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 to 5 years.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Unfiltered and kosher.
15.5% alcohol by volume.
93 points.

This lovely Israeli Syrah from 2006 is just at its peak !!!
It has a deep purple color, a lovely nose of violet, blueberries, vanilla, black current and a touch of elegance, full body, with well balanced and smooth tannins, perfect acidity, a long long balanced yet chewy finish. The wine is truly balanced and at it peak. My score 90, drink to 2016, perhaps longer. — 11 years ago
