5品種くらいの黒白フィールドブレンド、ちなみにどの品種も聞いたことがない…
白ブドウ混醸ということで、ブルゴーニュグラスで出してみたが、酸も弱く、ボルドーの方が酸も強くなって、ボルドーの方が正解。
時間が経ってくると酸が出てきて、ブルゴーニュグラスで。
ナチュールで酸っぱい系のワインがたまにあるが、あれを端正にきれいにした感じと言おうか…不思議なワイン。
