Wish I took notes when we opened it but I forgot. I just remember dark fruits and big, which is exactly what I was craving. This bottle was jared’s first drink of alcohol after his month long challenge and it did not disappoint. I adored it. Let’s do this again sometime. — 3 months ago
For $49, this is great p/q. Less heavy than Neuendorf, and a touch more complex and balanced than Rockburn for the same money. There is the dark fruited spice of central otago but with a more burgundian acid and tannin profile. Savoury and long. — 5 months ago
Really hanging in there for. 15 yr old Cab. Fruit is still there will soft tannins. — 2 months ago

Vin d’Ottawa
Buttery and just a bit edgy after four years of aging. Some apricot. It’s real nice but I wouldn’t wait any longer.
It works with soft cheese & fig jam. — 2 months ago
