Nice easy drinking Chablis. Medium acid, good lemon with some peach on the palate. Would buy this for a nice summer drinking Chablis. Tasting this wine for an online tasting With Edmunds Oast Exchange. Nice choice. — 5 years ago

Last bottle from an amazing dinner at Edmunds Oast in Charleston with the winemaker earlier this year. Love his wines, they are so bright and vibrant. Kicking myself that I didn’t hold on to this for Thanksgiving as I think it could be great turkey wine with some tart cranberry and lemon notes. — 6 years ago
