A new single vineyard wine produced by Christos Zafeirakis, featuring 20 year old vines from Paleomilos, fermented and aged for 12 months in 2400 liter oak barrels. Outright it demonstrates the typical Zafeirakis style but with a bit more potency and concentration; incredible aromas of peach, apricots, intense floral aromas of jasmines, orange peel, gunpowder, crushed stones, white pepper, and an almost imperceptible oak laden vanilla note. A midbodied white with a promising structure, flavors of green apples, pears, and apricots on entry, a refreshing saline mineral midpalate with a plethora of citrus that penetrates the long lasting spicy finish with minor hints of buttery oak flavors. Although this is still a infant, there is an inherent balance between fruit, acidity, and oak, reminiscent of a top tier white Burgundy but with the telltale Zafeirakis finesse and saltiness. — 6 years ago
My search for a delicious, fruit forward, acidic kicker rose ends here. Thank you, Greece. — 8 years ago
slightly effervescent and aromatic- pear, stone fruit, blossom, wet stone, good acidity. Nice for the price especially on a summer day. — 10 months ago

Nice and soft wine! — 7 years ago
Floral and fruity aromas, stone fruit flavor. You can finish the whole bottle without blinking an eye. The best part: it won't give you a hangover. — 8 years ago
This was delicious. Apple with lemon flavor and mineral in taste. I’d call it s full body wine, medium acidity but nice balance. Light yellow in color with hints of silver. Worth trying, we loved it! — a year ago
