Fun & fruity.

A bit more ripe fruit and body than expected in a classic Provence rosé, but I like it. Madame Gavoty blends in a few hours saignee rosé with direct press. Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, garrigue, wet limestone on the nose. Red fruits, orange zest, sour peach candy on the palate. Mineral sneaks back in on the finish. — 4 years ago
