Deep ruby. Herbal notes, oak cramberry flavors. Balanced, soft tannins. — 9 years ago
Cab Franc blend. Nice ruby color, must be aerated, barnyard smells abound. After about an hour you get mint, green leafs, sweet red fruit. Sweet berries are former in the pallet, counterbalanced by great acidity. It’s texture is composed, good transitions, light dry finish and soft tannings. Over all this is a great find and impressive for a Cab Franc. — 5 years ago
