My first Corpinnat.
Aged 51 months on lees, disgorged 5-6-2019. From the Terroirs: Turó del Mosset and Terrasses del Bitlles. No note of varietal make up.
Medium gold. Nose of fungi influenced earthy/lees/tertiary notes. Bracingly dry, with a lean mid-palate which broadens on the finish. Serious, though not exactly delicious. This would do well with gastrnomic dishes, wild mushrooms, shellfish, rabbit, organs. — 4 years ago
