I love this cuvee. I was worried that 09 was too forward of a vintage for this wine, but that was silly. On the nose: vanilla cream, sweet lemon chiffon, airy wet stone...fantastically lifted aromatically. On the palate, lovely acidty, baked apple, lemon custard, caramel, soft mousse, a touch of oxidative copper, and a very clean, finish. Absolutely lovely champagne. — 5 years ago
