Slight purple tongue. Drinks like a cab. Not buttery. acidic on the tongue but not on the throat. Barnyard on the back end, but not in a bad way. Great 2nd bottle. — a year ago
Nose: biscuits and crème, honey, vanilla. Palate: honey, peach, apricot, salty biscuit. Good complexity and intensity, moderate finish. Transitioning to tertiary notes. More expressive day two. Tarte au citron. — 2 months ago

Deep yellow gold. Abundant nose of dried quince and yellow flowers. Echoed on the medium light palate with white pepper and a light bit of balsa wood. Medium acidity and a long, palate-continuing finish. An unusual combination of lightness and oak driven weight that tastes heavier than it is making an excellent starter and meal wine. Drink now through 2027. — a year ago
