Vintage matters with this one. One of my favorite cabs. 2012 is best. 2011 is good. I didn't much like any other vintage yet. Nice Oak taste. Barrel aged. — 11 years ago

Took a while to open up but when it did...OH MAMA! This is a big, earthy Bordeaux! — 11 years ago
This is my favorite wine right now. Fruity nose dominated by black currant and boysenberry. Moderately dry and smooth with a touch of fuzzy tannins (that add a little structure) and gentle oak. Flavors of black tea, currant with a slight peppery and tannic finish. Moderately full-bodied. A pleasure to drink. — 13 years ago

Clear, pale gold in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary aromas of bruised yellow apples, lychee, and apple blossoms; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary flavors of ginsing tea, lemon, and slate with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — a month ago
