A gorgeous red blend from Languedoc.
Nose bursting with black fruit ripeness, some garrigue and a fresh minty-rosemary whiff. Fresh & enticing, zero jammy notes.
The surprise comes on the palate. Beautifully polished and elegant, silky tannins and fresh acidity. All perfectly balanced & integrated. Very different from the usual chunky, rustic big reds from the South. So elegant. So smooth. Great freshness, too.

From the Wine Society: Deliciously fruity and full-bodied red from the best-known appellation in the Languedoc. The producer is Pierre Bories from in-form Ollieux-Romanis. 2015 was an outstanding vintage throughout southern France. — 7 years ago

Es D'Aqui Brutal, very pretty, mousy but enough bright fruit and electric acid to make it enjoyable. Not for everyone and my least fav of Brutals I've tried but still thought provoking and easily drinkable. — 7 years ago
