Sparking white gamay?! Weird, but fun. Relatively inexpensive! And oh so delicious and cool! Has a bready/yeast quality with some yellow apples, lemon, and lots of fine bubbles. Some salinity there as well. I think it’s a blast. — 5 months ago

Youthful, bold & rich.
Opens up like a cassis tinted fruit bomb. Needs min 2-3h of air to settle down a bit.
Fruit froward and quite plush with cassis, black currant jam, dark plums and a bit of cherry. Noisette chocolate & pinch of exotic spice (cardamom, cinnamon) and a hint of fresh cedar wood. On the rich side.
On the palate this is rather full bodied, creamy cassis & dark cherry. Velvety, plush tannins and nice juicy acidity. Nicely balanced, but def on the fruitier, richer side vs savoury.
Nice with a big steak.
