Cute flower tall bottle. Color is pure pink. True rosé. Smells like mineral water infused with berry essence. Flavors are juicy and bright. Faint strawberry, melon side, slight citrus. And grapes. This Provence pinkie shows a very light color in the glass, sort of an onion skin shade. The nose offers minerality first, a flinty aroma with strawberry and cherry notes more subdued. The sip is beautiful, with minerals again leading the way and a fresh acidity that is softened by the creaminess of the lees. — 3 years ago
