Candyfloss, white flowers. Oak is present, but in the most pleasant way. Sylvain is not afraid of new oak barrels (pieces). Aligote made in classic Burgundian Chardonnay style. Only light green hint suggests it's Aligote. Warm, ripe and solar. Soft creamy texture, medium to light body. Surprisingly long length.

Made according to organic and biodynamic principles.

I'm a big fan of Sylvain Pataille wines. I might not be objective here, but this is among the best expressions of Aligote in Burgundy.
