Rich sugar plum fruit cake palate with sweet herbal backdrops and flickering hints of chocolate (nowhere near antica in that regard); slick almost oily mouthfeel/rounding out and glazes any sharper notes in contact > the negroni we had felt like it was wrapped in crushed velvet.
