Deep Cherry color, with a hint of smokey oak. Went well with BBQ pork loin. — 10 years ago
Feeling lucky to have tasted such a rare and special wine that usually never makes it to the states. It’s been quite a while since this moment. Hopefully we’ve begun to import it. — 8 years ago
Very good Tempranillo rosé. Fruity, strawberry nose, saline/mineral on the palate. — 10 years ago
Old bush vines in Xaló, made by Violeta Gutierrez de la Vega and her husband Alberto Redrado. Foot trodden, whole cluster fermented, aged a year in French barriques and another year in an old American oak foudre. Very savory, black cherries dipped in balsamic vinegar and rolled in dried herbs. Somewhat similar to vermouth or Barolo Chinato. — 9 years ago
Got as a recommendation from City Wines. Very very good! — 10 years ago
