2007 vintage, dark berries and cigar on the nose. Bit of smoky apricot, dark fruit and long finish. Very drinkable. We are eatting at Thistles in Bangor Maine. — 9 years ago

This is why I think Tasmania produces Australia's best sparkling - such a beautifully put together sparkling, delicate bubbles, crisp, lingering finish.
Excellent with smoked salmon, hollandaise & mushrooms.
