100% Pedro Ximenez from vineyards in Moriles Altos, one of the top areas within the Montilla-Moriles appellation. Vines are rooted in albariza (tosca hojaldrada) soils. Aged for an average of 3 years under flor in the solera system and bottled en rama (unfiltered). Intense nose with notes of toasted almonds and yeast. Sharp, very dry and saline on the palate. A very powerful and sapid, quite persistent wine. Umami 💣 — 3 years ago
2012. Had it at Tosca November 2017 — 7 years ago
You really must be in the mood for this dank oaky musky wine but to me it is everything I like in a bold deeply complex vino. 2017 is my test bottle wish I had bought more. — 10 months ago

Had this at Tosca and loved it! — 6 years ago
Thirst quenching. All texture and salt. Reductive. Tastes like sherry without the sherry. — 7 years ago

Beautiful Super Tuscan from
California. Sweet flavor from the Cabernet Sauvignon combined with spicy flavor from the Sangiovese. This went perfectly with ravioli marinara. — 8 days ago
