Traditional method, 100 % Sangiovese. Lovely clear strawberry color. Dry and medium plus acidity. Cranberry and cherry with bit of rose or violet floral notes and a nice mineral quality. Bubbles are a bit aggressive but all in all very enjoyable! — 8 years ago
