I have tried a few of these sparkling trebbiano from this area and i must admit i am positively surprised.
This had to be degorged before pouring
The wine was bonedry, citrussy and with an elegant, caressing perlage
Field flowers scents and also on the palate
Drank after a Champagne, it didn't feel like we downgraded the quality and fun of the evening. — 2 years ago

Meditative perplexing maybe since I thought I bought lambo which this isn’t hella dry serious fizzy rose not overly fruit forward saline for sure has touch of savory blood orange that angles bitter n refreshing — 3 years ago
