AJ 89/100 - Finalmente riesco a mettere le mani sulla Malvasia di Bosa! Non quella che volevo ma un buon base per iniziare va sempre bene! Colore giallo paglierino chiaro, naso intrigante e complesso con note floreali, balsamiche, un ritorno di pesca bianca e uva sultanina, in bocca morbido, pieno, con giusta acidità e finale molto buono. AJ 95/100 - Sboccatura tre anni, e questo aiuta la straordinaria freschezza insieme al fatto che diversamente da altri questa annata non ha fatto malolattica. Giallo paglierino limpidissimo, naso intrigante con attacco balsamico, note di mandorla, fiori di montagna, lieve pietra focaia, perlage finissimo e persistente, entra in bocca con incredibile freschezza e acidità, incredibilmente il tartarico mostra ancora i muscoli, forse anche un po' troppo per una simile annata: si perde un po la corrispondenza con il naso. AJ 90/100 - Mi sono avvicinato a questo rosso con una "indigestione" di bollicine, ma non posso non apprezzarlo! Rosso granata tipico, fitto, naso con frutta in conserva, rosa, note di bosco, note salmastre, forse lievemente animale, può risultare sgraziato a chi non ama questo genere di aromi, in bocca potente ma fine, incredibile acidità e freschezza, finale infinito.
