Fragrant. Wild citrus. Reminds me of what the kitchen smells like when my Ma would peel mangos from our backyard garden in Florida.
A welcome, rounded wildflower and honey sweetness, balanced with a subtle kick of acidity to finish.
It’s pleasant. Reminds me of a writing retreat I went to up in the Green Mountain National Forest outside Middlebury, Vermont. Perfect for sipping while sitting in Adirondack chairs and taking in an errant, cool summer breeze.

Yet ANOTHER awesome Adirondack Wine — 9 years ago
One of my first wines. Great local wine for this beginner not to sweet or dry. Nice to sip by the lake. — 9 years ago
Love this wine!! It has a much richer flavor than normal Pinot Noir. You get an oaky flavor right away and can tell it has been aged in oak barrels. — 3 years ago
Notes of black cherry and oak, not too sweet — 7 years ago
I jeff and I sat on Adirondack chairs overlooking Cayuga Lake on a beautiful October day, this wine is as perfect for me as that day! — 8 years ago

Nude Vodka Soda from Vancouver BC. Sunny and In the 40’s F today so we decided to break out the Adirondack chairs and enjoy joy the hot weather while we can. Snow is in the forecast for tonight. Light grapefruit flavor, clean and refreshing after a family hike. 5% alc/vol. 0 carbs. Cheers 🏖🇨🇦 — 5 years ago
This is an excellent Sauvignon Blanc -- the colder it is served, the better! This reminds of a pristine, shallow, Adirondack stream running over pebbles, their sharp edges worn down into smooth obsidian. Minerality, acidity, and just an overall feeling of the peace that follows a rough "time" (i.e. "presidency"). Makes me think about the future, more optimistically than usual. — 8 years ago
