Gorgeous Grüner Veltliner! Superb — 2 years ago
I’ve always had fond connection with this wine. It’s lovely, soulful, and nourishing to drink. Refreshing too! Great harmony, balance of aromas, flavors, and textures that carry about a level of finesse. Great aromatics, green apple, asian pear, key lime, lime blossoms, underripe yellow plum, white pepper, spearmint, snow pea, chalk and aloe. There’s a nice bitterness and slight reduction note coming through. Palate is zippy with the slightest cushion of RS, finishing dry and mineral. — 2 years ago
