Yup the second bottle definitely held up. I didn’t think I was the biggest fan of the Destiny Ridge Syrah, but Jeff has convinced me with this wine. There’s a reason this is the “Best Barrel.” Yum. — 3 years ago

This may be Jeff’s best extraordinary barrel yet! This particular vintage is from Boushey’s Birdhouse Block. Dare I say I almost smell a bit of plum on the nose with a mix of dark cherry and a hint of chocolate? Either way, a fantastic barrel. — 3 years ago
