English bubbles. Strawberries and cream! Underripe strawberries, creamy strawberry spread on the nose. Chalky. Pink lady/Fuji Apple type crisp on the palate. Strawberry short bread finish. Very solid. Nice wine, @Mark Flesher . — 4 years ago

I don't have a lot of experience with Rosé bubbles to begin with. But this is very much balanced and quite a bit more balanced than I was expecting. Nose of strawberries and cream. Entry was more of a slightly underripe strawberry with some melon and cream. Nice medium bubbles. Not too big and obnoxious and makes the wine seem a little lighter. A little over 40% Pinot noir and about 30/30 Pinot meunier and Chardonnay. 12% abv. In a nice spot.

Not quite as good as their brut offering, but they are making really good sparkling wine. Bright well balanced flavors and creamy mouse on finish. One of the better English producers I've had. — 7 years ago
