Dry, flavors of stone fruits, perfect bubbles. — 5 years ago
My third go at this one. Green gold. Fine bubbles. "Delicate" (per my dining partner) apple and pluot on the nose and palate. A bit more weight than expected. Velvety acidity (lees time?). Just enough finish. No bitter aftertaste. This is the Queen of Proseccos. Drink it when you buy it of course. — 7 months ago

Clear pale straw with fine bubbles. Shy nose and medium light palate of ripe yellow apple with a bit of chalky mineral. Medium plus acidity balances the up front fruit. A bit of dark on the medium short finish. Classic Valdobbiadene Prosecco that's ready for any mixer but fantastic on its own. Drink it when you buy it of course. — 6 months ago
