Spännande uttryck som känns unikt för Chile. Svartvinbär, vilda hallon, oliver, nässlor, rosor, järn. Riktigt karaktärsfull och charmigt rustik. — 18 days ago
76% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 8% Blaufrankish, 4% Cab Franc, 1% Teroldego.
My first East Coast red wine. Woot! Fantastic semi-uncomplicated (has some dark twist and turns) fruity and tasty Tuesday night pour. Table wine.
Plum, cherry, rose, hint of soil, vine and leaf (?Franc?) light-medium body, 12% ABV.
Reminds me of some young vine wines from the Escondido-Baja region. Happy to start seeing East Coast wines making their way to the West Coast. This is also my first encounter with Teroldego, which seems to be avoiding my orbit.
Good Job! More please! — 14 days ago

Tastes EXACTLY like apple pie! — a month ago
Small red and black forest berries, cherry, hay, a bit of milky thing (jogurt?) and a tiny bit of heat. The palate is very well designed. A strong acid backbone, a good width, some nice red fruits all along, a good grip. Some tannins in the rear, creating a layer of asperity and adding a bit of complexity. Very long fruity finish, with a tangy twist. This seems to be still very young. It had been opened for a full hour before pouring and the bottle has been drank over a 4 hours span before this rating. — 10 days ago
More and more I will be getting out of my comfort zone. This is a single vineyard Chenin Blanc from South Africa, Stellenbosch. Hand-picked whole bunches, kept on the skins for 12 hours after harvest before gentle pressing. 12 month fermentation and maturation in 225L French oak barrels. The skin contact produces a beautiful medium gold color that's as shiny as a wedding band on a honeymoon. Indeed, honeysuckle is among the aromas that also include pear, peach, apricot, marmalade, and a twist of lime. Everything gets confirmed on the palate, with a touch of brioche. Medium plus bodied, dry (with a hint of residual sugar on the tongue), medium acidity. A great wine.

Great, fantastic and quite tasty. Dark red, balanced tannins and perfect acidity. Considering this excellent value it can’t get any better. Kudos to Oliver McCrum! — 4 days ago
Regal. Quiet quality. Nose is big - suggesting high alcohol, with spice, earth, and figs. The palate is satin smooth, med bodied, with powdery tannins binding the primary blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit. Classic power without weight. A twist of fig at the back end. Glorious with Ottolenghi spiced lamb. Yes. — 11 days ago
