Delicate, low alcohol, highly expressive nose of violets, cherries, cinnamon and clay earth. On the palate, tart red and blue fruit, floral and peppery. Tastes a bit like a cross between Beaujolais and lighter style northern Rhone. Drinks every bit as lovely as that sounds. — 8 years ago

95% Chardonnay and 5% Altesse.
Nice light straw color with fine bubbles. Very fresh and bright aromas leaning towards a greener floral style with stone fruit. Has a delicate palate that tends toward almonds and tart citrus. It has nice texture but plenty of acids. Expected for being on the lees for 3 years. Medium length finish. — 9 months ago
