Loved this!!

Santa Barbara. Fresh fruit and light minerality on the nose. Very little alcohol coming across too (~12%)
Flavors are subtle too, good balance of sweet to acidic. Think of freshly picked ripe Meyer lemons. Slight effervescence from some natural post bottling fermentation? It really opened up after a few hours and even overnight, mellowing the acidity a bit and bringing forward an impression of sun shriveled fruits.
Bottlesomm on sale for $26. I think at that price it's spot on: 9.0 /$.
I would love to try some other vintages. — 3 years ago
Nose: blueberry. Blueberry flower.
Palate sweet blueberry fruit. Bright. Delicious. Awesome.

Lemon, peach, white flower, stone slate, and a herbaceous note on the nose with tons of stone fruit, some citrus, and a bouquet of flowers on the pallet. Rounder texture and a shorter lemon finish than last vintage but a good picpoul from Margerum — 2 months ago
Nice blend, a tad tart but in a good way — 3 years ago
It was funny but I was debating whether to buy this wine or the Ridge #Grenacheblanc and when I looked at @Delectable Wine it would seem that the Ridge wine sources their fruit from these vineyards? The price was about $5 less for this wine and people seem to like it equally or more on Delectable. I enjoyed it. I tasted it side by side with the Margerum M5 Grenache Blanc blend and I personally prefer the Margerum which I found crunchier, more lively aromátics. I believe this wine should be drink in its youth, I didn’t see any room for positive development. — 3 years ago
Nose: licorice flower.
Palate: great. Bright. Cherry raspberry. So unusual. Deliciousness.

Owner Doug Margerum and winemaker Doug "Scotty" Scott, craft world-class wine working with the top vineyards in Santa Barbara County. Blend of 49% Grenache, 31% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Counoise, 5% Cinsault. Deep Ruby with dark fruit and floral aromas with complex spice. On the palate flavors of plum, cherry and raspberry with lively acidity. The finish brings notes of cacao, licorice, espresso and earthy minerality on a long ending. Nice value. — 2 months ago

Purchased at Margerum tasting room in Santa Barbara on October 10, 2021. Black cherry and plum fruit, with notes of orange zest, earth, meat and black pepper. Northern Rhone style of Syrah. Nicely balanced. Wine Spectator rated 94 points. — 11 days ago
