On the nose, yellow lilies & spring flowers. Touch of cream, lemon meringue, lime, green apple, pineapple, a touch of green melon, honey notes, bread dough, very light chalkiness & minerals.
On the palate; bread dough, cream soda, lemon, lime zest, sour white citrus quality, green apple, very ripe pineapple, a touch of underripe green melon, honeysuckle, bread dough, very light chalkiness & soft delicate crisp minerals, sea spray, yellow lilies and white spring floral blooms, good round crisp acidity and a rich, nicely polished finish.

Lemony, mineral goodness with clear age with acidity and freshness to balance. Pear and floral to accompany the citrus. Perhaps missing some depth. Easy to quaff! — 5 months ago
