Bledsoe Family Winery

Flying B Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

David T
9.2

This is Bledsoe Family Winery "Flying B Cabernet" not Doubleback. There were nice velvety tannins with ruby dark fruits of; blackberries, blueberries, black raspberries, black plum, plum and cherries on the backside. Soft spices, light pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, loamy soils, leather, underbrush & tobacco. The rich, lush, elegant, finish has nice texture and structure. Photos of; Drew Bledsoe's new tasting room that open last Wednesday in downtown Walla Walla. — 7 years ago

Flying B Vineyard Stolen Horse Syrah

Really good Syrah, tasted plums and maybe dark berries. Easy to drink and enjoy. Plus, it’s made by Drew Bledsoe so...win/win! — 4 years ago

Estate Reserve Red Blend 2016

The ‘Reseve’ combines Cabernet Sauvignon (78%) with equal parts Petit Verdot and Malbec. Seductive aromas of this wine impress you immediately as the wine reveals a seductive nose with Black Forest Cake, coffee grounds, anise and creme de cassis. The mid-palate weight to this wine is exceedingly good, as is the sense of balance. Anise, green bell pepper, mocha and shades of blueberry puree flavors all come together marvelously. A long-ager, try to resist this beautiful wine for at least two more years. Drink 2021-2040- 95 — 5 years ago
