Super juicy, low alcohol juice, thirst-quenching treat that I've never seen before. Supposedly this was what the field hands would drink to refresh themselves while working. Great stuff — 4 years ago

Fresh yellow apple, less ripe peach, creamy quality (lactose)and not ripe pineapple. Bright and round on the palate, pleasant structure and acidic balance. Finish fades quickly. — 4 years ago

A high-end gamay, which at the age of 8 really tastes (great) Burgundy. The nose beautifully mixes infused vegetal notes and red fruits, all supported by delicate oak notes. The mouth is lively, with chew, of great finesse, leading the tasting to a persistent finish. An amateur wine.
— 9 months ago
Awesome Burgundy gamay. Rich, complex, with notes that would have had me guessing syrah if I was blind tasting. Great wine — 4 years ago

Francois’ garage in Beaune after tasting his and Val’s wine. Charlene cooking dinner. Perfumed, pretty nose. Fresh, elegant, glou glou. — 4 days ago
