Yesterday at church, there were two Baptisms - a mother and her 9mo-old baby, together. As is tradition, the baby was carried down the aisle and shown to the congregation. When she got to me, I gave her a big smile - and then this little tiny baby waved to me (and she instinctively had the beauty queen cupped hand thing down!) The whole church erupted in laughter, and of course I waved back. Sometimes the smallest actions make the most impact and make the important people in your life feel so special and loved. Sometimes if you take 5min out of your day and give it a little thought, you can make the other 1,435 that much more fulfilled. Ya know....this wine tastes good. You can't deny it. It's Opus '2nd label NV wine but for $120.....from the congregation I need a "get the fuck outta heeuh". I'd love to drink it on someone else's tab in a year and loan part of the 14.5 alc to someone else. — 11 years ago
