Legendary wine created by Claudie and Bruno Bilancini in the grand cru of Monbazillac. Native yeasts (like the Dashe) and 40% Muscadelle, 50% Semillon, & 10% Chenin Blanc. Hand harvested with extreme selections. Good balanced acidity and for all those Sauternes-lovers. Lush and glorious, and not too sweet for a dessert wine. — 7 years ago
